A man surrendered to Pennsylvania State Police after an hours-long standoff in a Perry County home, a witness told PennLive.
Pennsylvania State Police began clearing Church Street in Marysville after 5 p.m., right after a man came out of a home with his hands raised, a resident who lives in the area told PennLive.
State police have not released any information about the incident and previously refused to provide the street or streets that were shut down.
