This is Dave my father in law and he has spent the last 10 years building his very own man cave/games room. It's very quirky because just about everything he used to build it and decorate it out has some kind of a story behind it. He has made most of the interior furniture himself by using reclaimed timber and items that he has salvaged from garden sales, closing down bars and any other retro style furniture he could find locally.
