A 26-year-old man was killed in a crash while riding his e-bike in Vista Saturday afternoon near the intersection of South Melrose Drive and Breeze Hill Road. Officials say the man crossed Melrose against a red light when he was hit by a driver. DUI is not believed to be a factor in this crash.
