This is the fatal moment that a dangerous decision resulted in a head-on collision in Aston Tirrold, Oxfordshire, in May last year.
Aron Hicks attempted an overtake on the brow of the hill and ploughed his van into the path of a car being driven by 78-year-old Brian Hunt.
We are releasing this video at the request of Brian's family to show the dangers of making such poor decisions on our roads.
Hicks has now been jailed for three years and four months as a result of this fatal decision.
