This was captured September 6th in downtown Portland in the early morning hours. The location is a bit difficult to nail at the moment, but I believe it was shot in the NW area of downtown near broadway.
The man (named lee) is standing on a corner, waiting for his rideshare to come and pick him up when he approached by two people (the person holding the camera has been identified as Seanna Musgrave who is transgender). The man is clearly minding his business, but answers seanna questions anyway. When the man asks seanna what stuff he said to piss them off, seanna rambles a few statements as well as saying “I wasn’t paying attention..” before continuing to harass the man. After a couple back and forth with the man, seanna starts to pan the camera and then something happens. You can clearly hear the man say, “why’d you hit me?” And even though you can’t see anything, you can hear how things are quickly unfolding as the man is trying to back away from two people advancing towards him.
No word on if either party filed a police report, but seanna is trying to file a civil suit against the man.
