An audiobook reading of C.M. Kosemens 2006 ebook All Tomorrows.
In this video well be reading the next seven sections of All Tomorrows. Last time we learned about the history of the Earth / Mars war that almost brought humankind to extinction, how the two planets made peace afterwards and the creation of the new human sub-species, the Star People, that would be the one to spread further into the galaxy and create thousands of peaceful worlds over millennia...
We then learned how this golden age came to a horrifying end, after a series of devastating encounters with the alien race known as the Qu.
The Qu would rule over our former worlds for 40 million years, until their abrupt departure where they would leave the remnants of humanity behind in their new and awful forms to begin the evolutionary process once again.
Now, with the Qu gone, we will be taking a look at some of humanitys new forms, some bearing similarities to us, their distant ancestors, and others completely unrecognisable.
Some will survive, some will not. Evolution can be a cruel thing, sometimes even more cruel than the Qu.
