"Were you trying to run over those cyclists?!"

A man accused of swerving into a group of cyclists with his SUV and firing a shot in Cutler Bay was released on bond Wednesday, authorities said.

Investigators say he turned himself in Monday after the altercation. Cameras met him outside the jail.
