Wild Earth Ambassador Erin Knight has been climbing for six years, particularly enjoying board climbing, outdoor sport climbing and multipitch routes. In this video she puts the Mammut 9.5mm Crag Dry Rope (70m) to the test on an epic weekend away in the Stirling Ranges, Western Australia.
Kicking off at Tallyuberlup with a steep, class 5 approach and spending the second day at Bluff Knoll for more multi-pitch trad climbing and hiking, Erin notes the following features:
🪢 Noticeably lightweight considering the rope's length, making it easy to carry uphill and manage rope drag
🪢Abrasion Protection: The rope held up well against jutting rocks and rough surfaces, making her feel very safe
🪢Colour is bright and easy to see on the rock face
