In this video, I discuss the recent announcement from NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani that the supposed budget deficit has been solved, despite him not getting tax increases or cutting any of his new spending. As I explain in this video Mamdani actually gets the budget "balanced" by taking a massive state bail out & refusing to fund NYC's pensions, a maneuver that has actually led to a credit downgrade & Chicago as well as NYC's 1970s bankruptcy
