Two Models, in their downtown LA apartments, were found deceased just two days apart and less than three miles apart. Nichole Coats, age 32, was discovered by her father and aunt on September 10, 2023. Maleesa Mooney, age 31, was discovered during a welfare check on September 12, 2023. It was mentioned that ladies had gone on dates, but not much further details have been released. There has been no cause of death released in either case, but Maleesa’s death has been ruled a homicide, whereas, Nichole Coats’ death is being investigated and has not been ruled anything other than suspicious.
