Looking through sound files, alot of voice clips seem unused which is pretty interesting. This is from Type 07 Male from the English dub, an easy going personality. Voice actor is Chris Hackney who also voices Dimitri from Fire Emblem Three Houses (you can sorta hear it towards the end of the video).
