Reem Waheed is a figurative artist from Malé, Maldives and a Fine Art student at The One Academy. Inspired by Majeedhee Magu, the central road in her hometown that connects the city’s pathways, symbolizing the diverse stories of its commuters. Her solo exhibition offers a glimpse into the lives of different people that she met during the recent years that she spent studying in Malaysia.
We have also received an honoured visit of H.E. Dr. Mariyam Shabeena Ahmed, High Commissioner of the Republic of Maldives to Malaysia, and the High Commission team, coming in appreciation of these stunning works.
