Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has unveiled the government's spending plan for 2025. At nearly US$98 billion, it is the largest budget in the country's history. The government is allocating around US$3 billion - the highest so far - to social assistance programmes through cash transfers, which would benefit about nine million people. CNA's Melissa Goh reports from Kuala Lumpur.
