Makoto in Street fighter 3 3rd strike in a very interesting case. the FGC doesn't seem to think she's a grappler. in fighting games some may think a character can't be a grappler due to limitations and restrictions. I just think Makoto is a glass cannon grappler in sf3. She can combo off command grab and deal a ton of damage through offence. we talking TODs.
