Making the Yellow Salve -- Revised and Updated Recipe. Thanks to one subscriber for the info on 'boiled Linseed Oil'. Turns out when the 150 year old recipe calls for 'boiled linseed oil' It's not talking about 'Todays' version including some toxic chemicals. Today's 'food grade' Flax Seed Oil is what we believe they used as Linseed oil back than. Also we cut the recipe in half and increased the bees wax. Next time I'll use the yellow/amber color Rosin. My first batch had a 'solvent' smell to it. This batch smells much better. Special thanks to Mrs Gvloanguy for filming (and asking questions)
THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF BEESWAX IS MORE LIKE 2.5 OZ NOT 4 OZ.
