for today’s matcha monday, i’m trying iced matcha latte art! usually latte art is done on hot drinks, but i’m trying it on an iced drink by making a matcha cream top! i’ll show you the exact process of how i designed a sheep matcha latte, miffy matcha latte, rilakkuma matcha latte, and smiski matcha latte. 💚 how do you think i did? i hope you enjoy!

latte base
• 11.8oz cup
• fill with ice
• 5g pure maple syrup
• 60g oat milk
matcha cream top
• 30g heavy whipping cream
• 20g oat milk
• 4g sifted matcha (@mot.matcha 001)
• whip with electric whisk for about 1-2 minutes until thickened
sheep body
• splash of heavy whipping cream
• whip with electric whisk for about 1-2 minutes until thickened
• use a toothpick to shape the sheep bodies
sheep face & legs
• heat a few chocolate chips in the microwave for about 1.5 minutes on high, stirring every 30 seconds until melted
• add a splash of water to create a thinner consistency (this will make it easier to draw with)
• use a toothpick to draw sheep face, ears, and legs
