Are you a dancer wanting to develop your own choreographic practice?
In this short film, we speak to disabled artists during a Europe Beyond Access laboratory that specifically focused on developing new choreographic skills and approaches.
Many of the artists have experience as performers but are now interested in building their careers as choreographers in their own right.
The interviewed artists are: Sand-R (The Netherlands), Felicia Sparrström (Sweden), Tanja Đurić (Serbia), Laila White (Spain),
The lab was lead by guest choreographers Demy Papathanasiou and Maria Koliopoulou.
This film was shot during a Europe Beyond Access laboratory hosted by Onassis STEGI in Athens, Greece. Europe Beyond Access is co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Commission and the core partners are British Council (operating for this project in the UK and Poland), Kampnagel (Germany), Οnassis STEGI (Greece), Holland Dance Festival (The Netherlands), Per.Art (Serbia), Skånes Dansteater (Sweden), Festival Oriente Occidente (Italy).
