For months, I’ve been asking myself one question…
Can I really build a luxury handbag brand from scratch?
Today, I finally found out.
In this episode, I’m creating the very first prototype of The Rosalie—a faux leather mockup designed to answer one important question before I ever cut into genuine leather.
Not everything went according to plan.
I made mistakes.
I had to take parts of the bag apart and rebuild them.
But that’s exactly what prototypes are for.
Along the way, I share what I’ve been learning about thoughtful design, why the smallest details matter, and how this one prototype completely changed the direction of the Rosalie.
This isn’t the finished Rosalie.
It’s the beginning of something much bigger.
