Feathers are a waste product of the poultry industry that often goes to landfill or is turned into low-grade animal feed. Turning them into thermal packaging instead prevents waste.

The Pluumo packaging made of feathers is more sustainable than polystyrene and insulates food and pharmaceuticals just as well.
