we make rice paper dumplings!

Recipe:
Rice Paper Dumplings (Shrimp)

This filling can go for any type of wrapper (wonton, rice paper, etc)

If you do a wonton style wrapper, I recommend panfry, steam, or boil. If you do rice paper, I only recommend panfry.

2 lb shrimp (deveined, no shell) (frozen is ok, just defrost beforehand!)
1 TBSP Chili Oil
1 TSP Chili Powder
1 TSP Fish Sauce
1/2 Garlic knob
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Ginger
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Pepper
1 TSP Sugar
1 TSP Chicken Bouillon/MSG
3 Stalks of Green Onion/Scallions

Increase or decrease seasonings depending on the amount of shrimp you are working with!

I recommend to microwave a bite size to taste and then adjust your seasonings from there.

This filling works with any wrappers, so if you wrap remember:

Wonton wrappers:
You can use water to seal but some people will use egg white or egg yolk. Personal preference.

Rice paper:
Rice paper softens very quickly so if you're wrapping it while it's still hard, do not fret, it will immediately soften as you start to fold. Do not over water your rice paper or it will become mushy.
