Ok guys - time for our first Evan and Katelyn cooking video! We thought we’d start it off with the recipe we make the most… and *gasp* it’s NOT tacos! Recipe and tools (I mean, utensils?) below! 👇
🍴 RECIPE (for 2)
• Broccoli (2ish heads, enough to cover the bottom of large skillet)
• 1.5-2 tbsp minced garlic
• Salt (generous sprinkling all over)
• Pepper (to taste)
• Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
• Olive oil
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high. Add broccoli and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Once broccoli starts to soften, add garlic. Stir pretty frequently to prevent garlic from burning. Cook to desired crispy level and serve with pasta :)
