One a penny ... two a penny ... HOT CROSS BUNS!

A week has passed since Easter. We used to buy hot crossed buns as a kid when Easter comes, but finally I can make it by myself (albeit one ingredient missing) and it’s soo delicious!

Isobel helped me towards tail end and she was annoyed I added raisins in it. I told her the recipe requires it.

LOL

Oh well. She had a bite and konon tak nak makan “sebab ada raisins” (Padahal sticky date pudding bukan main rakus makan — that’s similar in texture and taste lah girl. Whatevs Bel)

Ramadan is just 2 days away. Expect more sharing over this platform ... all prepared by Moe ... our bediful Thermomix 6!
