This is the super simple process for making "herb" CBD tea I learned in Jamaica! It's summertime so this is the iced version of the recipe. This is completely NON-psychoactive, purely for taste ;)
Take some herb leaves, wash them, boil them, strain it, serve on some ice with lemon (and honey if you like sweet). That's it! I made a huge batch, but if you want just a cup even a few good sized leaves will do.
