We’re making butter! Join us as we make butter with Emily Morabito of the Rayner Dairy Research & Training Facility - LIVE – on Canada’s Ag Day, Tuesday, February 23rd at 11:00-11:30 a.m.
You'll need:
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) whipping cream per person
- a small, tightly-sealed container (smaller is actually better)
- a cracker for tasting
