My Haas OM-2A uses ISO-20, ER-16 tool holders that seem to be unique to the Haas. Techniks makes a tightening fixture, but it's not cheap. I designed my own that takes very little time to machine, and works very well. This allows me to tighten the collet nut to the specified torque for best performance.

I made a few mistakes along the way, and learned some lessons...again.
