in May 2014, my sister Marcy and I took a trip to Ethridge, Tennessee (about an hour from my farm) to bring home some of their home-grown strawberries. Later that afternoon in the farmhouse kitchen, Joey turned those berries into jam, while I helped a little bit and our newborn baby Indiana watched.
The song is from our dear friend Danny Potter. It was an old song that he'd recorded on one of his Gospel albums. Many years later, because I loved Danny's version so much... I recorded the song on my first solo album.
