Here I make a door to finish the Sanding Room which cost @ £67.32 to make.

I used :-
6x2 Construction timber for the frame - £34.23
4x1 Redwood Pine for the braces & casing - £20.15
5" tongue & groove V groove boarding - £10.44
Osmo Light Oak Oil (2 coats) estimate used 100 ml - £2.50 forgot to include this on the final credits!
Hardware, hinges, bolts, catches all reclaimed - £0
Time took was 10 hours over 3 days (2 days for 2 coats of Oil)

Cost of Window - £24.38
Cost of Room Construction (OSB, 3x2, Insulation, Membrane, Screws) - £304.74

Total cost of sanding room = £396.44 about 1/2 price of the Drum Sander ;-)

Thanks for watching
