My anniversary is coming up soon and I am making a surprise build for my wife based on her favorite TV series, Game of Thrones. We recently went to a Fan Expo and saw some really cool topographic maps of classic video games, which gave me the idea to make a map of Westeros on my laser cutter. For this build, I used: 1/8 inch plywood - 7 sheets, leather dye, Locktite wood glue, super glue, and Mod Podge. You may also need the following tools: a rotary tool with various bits, a heat gun, a laser cutter (I have a Glowforge), sand paper, and an Exacto knife or box cutter.
