Heading to a swinging wake? Today I'm making the ultimate Halloween cocktail party dress in iridescent orange taffeta and black spider web embroidered mesh dotted with sparkling black sequins. Add a giant bat wing inspired collar, or four, and the happy haunts materialize into what will be my favorite fancy dress for all future Octobers...or perhaps all year long!
