I've beeen wanting to make a passive speaker for my phone, but i didn't see any designs I really liked, until I saw Matt's video over at Badger Workshop. I decided to go with that design, but make a few modifications to put my own spin on the speaker.
As luck would have it, my holes saws, which are pretty important too the design, would not make clean cuts in the hard woods, so I settled for cutting them by hand. Maybe not the cleanestt look, but this little speaker sounds amazing!!
I hope this video gives you a few good ideas to make a phone speaker of your own.
