Seb Madgwick, Hannah Perner-Wilson and Rachel Freire spend a weekend finalising the latest prototype of Mi.Mu at Rachel Freire Studio in Dalston, London.
These gloves will debut at the NIME conference in London in July.
For each prototyping stage there are three pairs of gloves:
One 'performance pair' for Imogen Heap (seen here in all black, with mesh to expose the sensors) and two for continued development and testing (seen here with purple wristbands).
One purple pair stays in London with Adam Stark and Kelly Snook for software development, and the other goes to Bristol for Tom Mitchell and Seb Madgwick to do both hardware and software development.
