I couldn’t afford an RWB kit… so I made my own — out of flat steel.
In this episode, we hand-form custom widebody flares for our drift Karmann Ghia using nothing but raw sheet metal, an English wheel, and a lot of patience. From templating to cutting, and shaping, this is pure, DIY metalwork chaos with actual results.
This isn’t a bolt-on kit. It’s all steel. All custom. All possibly a bad idea.
