I saw a door harp hanging on my friend's door and thought It would make a fun woodworking project. I had no idea that making door harps was such a popular project amungst woodworkers. I started with Steve Ramsey's free template that he offers on his website and adjusted a few things to make the build my own. There was a lot of trial and error, but the end result turned out great and it gave me a few ideas that I would like to try on my next door harp. I'll leave a link to Steve's template down below.
