In this video I walk you through what you will need to make a custom sized cart for your new laser. In my case it’s a Thunder Laser series Bolt. With simple hand tool and a saw you can make this cart fast and easy. It will cost $ 70-100 dollars depending on your material selection. The big benefit of doing this is you can taylor your cart o your space. In this video I will give you a breakdown of the cut list for each component and how it’s constructed. Enjoy

Thunder Laser Bolt dimensions 36” wide x 27” deep x 18” tall
Custom cart dimension 37” wide x 29” deep x 26” tall from ground to top of cart.

Material list
5- 2”x4”x8’
1 sheet of 1/2” ply or osb
4- 2” wheels (locking) with a 90 lb rating each
16- 1” lag screws that will fit the holes of the wheels
1 small box of 2.5” blue screws from Kerg.
Paint if you desire.
