The parts to make an off-grid, LoRa-based communications network is getting cheaper and cheaper. With my experience in electronics, I set out to make the cheapest design I could source.

The result, is the "PiPi Driver" air-wired design, which uses an RP2040 and RFM95 to run #Meshtastic. These parts, all together, come in at around $5.40.
