Whitney Sews | Making 1940s Inspired Dungarees - Sew & Tell and Pattern Review @Whitney_Sews | Uploaded November 2019 | Updated October 2024, 3 hours ago.
During the past month I sat down and made two pairs of 1940s style dungarees using Simplicity 8447. It is a project I had been planning on making since last Fall after starting my journey into vintage style last year. I made the first pair as a straight size 16 then did some adjustments for a better fit on the second pair. I hope you enjoy hearing about the entire process and are inspired to work on a project of your own.
