Traditional hot air guns are the size of blow dryers. You can’t do detailed craft and hobby work with one of those. The MAKERX Mini Heat Gun has a precision nozzle and a much sleeker design than other battery-powered heat guns, so you can emboss paper and cards with more detail, or dry glue and paint on small crafts with more accuracy. It heats up quick, so you don’t have to wait around, and burns hot enough (500°F) for larger projects like warming up plastic or wood for shaping. It does a much better job of removing old paint or adhesive than older hot air guns because the slimmer form-factor lets you get into corners those guns couldn’t reach.
For a battery-powered heat gun, it’s got a lot of juice. That’s thanks to the Hub. It may be a mini heat gun, but it’s backed by a 20V Power Share battery – the same battery we use to run our chainsaws and leaf blowers. But we focused it down to work for crafting tools. The Hub is a truly portable power source that fits in a bag and doesn’t need to be plugged into the wall—making MAKERX tools like the Mini Heat Gun the ultimate go-anywhere creative tools.
