Episode 4 takes ShopAssist from actions to workflows.
Instead of completing everything inline, the assistant now publishes workflow events to Oracle TxEventQ and a Spring JMS consumer finishes the work asynchronously.
The model starts the workflow. The backend still owns the rules.
