Here are all the ingredients you will need to make these seitan vegan meatballs
Dry ingredients:
-2 cups vital wheat gluten
-¼ cup nutritional yeast
-3 tbsp. chili powder
-3 tbsp. onion powder
-3 tbsp. garlic powder
-½ tsp. ground black pepper
Wet ingredients:
-2 cups water
-¼ cup almond butter or tahini
-¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
-1 tbsp. applesauce
-Combine the wet and dry ingredients, roll them into balls and put them in the oven on 350° for 30 minutes.
