In this video, I am showing how to make a Star Wars X wing fighter helmet by altering my space helmet pattern. I made this for his Luke Skywalker Halloween costume, and he won for best kids costume at his school. The one shown in the video is actually for a flight helmet that fits my 56cm head. I used the child size space helmet pattern as a base and made alterations from there. I am really happy with how it turned out.

Please note that this is not as much an instructional video as it is a video following my progress as I modify this pattern. If you are trying to attempt this, I would encourage you to watch some of my other videos to get an idea of the different techniques involved in EVA foam cosplay construction.
