This week the challenge was set by Tim Miller. The task was to create an acid jam with at least 3 bass lines playing simultaneously once or more in the performance.
I used the TD3 for the main acid line, the crave for the lower bass part and the digitakt for 2 more supporting acid lines using single cycle waveforms. The Model cycles also plays a tuned sub kick at the beginning of the measure.
The vocals on this track are by Bec Crispin aka Boo. She is the singer in the band I play with - Malavita! An 8 piece Latin Funk band. The vocals are sampled from our track 'Make My Day'. I pitched them up to fit with the key of this jam, hope you don't mind Boo!!
