I won’t say much this time around since I already did say quite a bit in the doc you’ll find below but! Happy birthday again ilysm!
I hope we managed to surprise you a bit with the direction we took your gift this year! With everything going on I suggested something empowering with your favorite characters this time around and then Dina suggested going for something that represents our friendships instead, so here we are. Hope it puts a smile on your face. Also, to highlight how much of a collaborative experience this whole things was, while Dina & I worked together to settle on a theme, the song was a collaborative effort between Dicey and Gany! Dicey suggested something by Lauv, and then Gany found this song which I hope you love considering it’s two artists you like. So yeah point is, we all care about you a lot and wanted to make you the most thoughtful gift this year in which I hope we succeeded. :)

Actually, I think vegas hates me. 1 1/2 weeks ago vegas started crashing everytime I tried to open this project. I almost gave up on it. Thanks Twin-chan for the help once again. :3 Got Vegas work 1 day before the deadline! Yay! xD
However, this is my audition for ρσкєѕнιρριηg нєανєη ѕтυ∂ισѕ!!! *-* Please guys, wish me luck, I want to become part of this studio so badly. SatoKasu was my OTP since 7+ years now and although I had a AAML-AMV-block lately, it still is. I just love this couple to death. x3 Beeing part of this amazing studio would be just.. omg, I wanted to be part ever since the first audition but back then I just had started with vegas and couldnt really figure it out xD

Fun fact, this is the 3rd time I am getting Dicey for a Secret Santa - its destiny at this point. But you know what, Im always fine with showing her my love and appreciation in form of a Pokeshipping video (because is there really any other option for the Pokeshipping queen in the flesh? Lol).
Ive been meaning to edit this song for a while so I quickly made my choice - I also thought it would be funny to edit a Taylor Swift song for 4/5 Secret Santas this year so here we are.
Initially I was going for a very brightly colored video with this but as soon as I started building the first scene it turned into a more vintage/pinkish scrapbook style edit (SUPER reminiscent of the last Secret Santa edit I made for Dicey even tho that was purely a coincidence). I quite enjoy how it turned out altho I do feel like its a bit choppy in some parts. It was also a lot of fun to edit and I just breezed through this in a few hours because I just couldnt stop.

You dont even know how long Ive been trying to think of a video to do but in the end, I seriously felt in love with this. :)
Not just is it one of my favorite songs by this band ever, with two of my favorite characters ever, but it also goes with my physical present :P Yeah, awesome isnt it?
I actually wanted to make this much longer, about 1 1/2 minutes long and I wouldve done that but... its so hard to find proper pictures of Cieru-kun. :/ So the lack of pics was my reason to keep this so short. xD
And btw, this is my first own project (not mep/collab-part) in more than half a year! And one of the very few times in the past months that I was really inspired to work on a video, too.
