Make a cross-cut sled for your table saw. Every table saw needs a good cross cut sled for precision cuts, rabbits, tenons and other cuts difficult to make on a miter saw.
Materials:
2' x 4' plywood 1/2" thick
adjustable miter bars (rockler woodworking)
3/4" long flat-head screws to mount miter bars (1/4-20 thread)
double-sided wood tape
tin foil tape
3/4" plywood strips (at least 4" tall) to match width of your sled
1 1/4" deck screws
at least 4 thick washers of equal size to elevate your miter bars
