NOTE !!!
If you do not save the blender file in the mod folder with the mod, that is fine. Just know where you save that blender file is where it is exporting that jbeam too in a folder called jbeam exported. It contains just the nodes beams and triangles that complete that flex body (DAE) to become a jbeam. If you do save to that mods folder then you have to delete that folder jbeam exported before loading the mod. I just moved it out of the folder onto the desktop.
Also note if you do not save the blender file, it will not export that jbeam
This is the old jbeam editor used. It is a link in the download for you to get it.
Note blender 5 will not export dae without paying for that addon. I used 4.5, the last version that exported it.
