well, this is not the best way to create a galaxy in blender. however, if you don't reach to the desired result like me, you can use this method. if the camera gets close to the galaxy, the galaxy becomes a bit blurry (when you render, because we are using an image). so it's better not to get the camera too close to the galaxy.
