See how one can make an excellent decorative fire-pit out of a depressurised stainless steel beer keg. I use the brilliant Chinese Plasma Cut-50 which is a DC inverter 50A air plasma cutter. I drill various sized holes using the new carbide tipped hole cutters.
If you make one of these fire-pits make sure you depressurise the keg first by pushing a screw driver into the ring valve on the top of the keg before drilling it.
