This is task 9 of the Majora's Mask TAS competition. Only 4 entrants this time, which is the lowest so far. However all 4 were pretty close to each other (only 1.2 seconds between first and last place). This was a pretty normal goal compared to the previous task, but it did have some small routing challenges due to the owl activation cutscene.

Task 10 takes place somewhere that most people don't see very often. In fact there's not many documented tricks there as most categories have no reason to go there, so participants will have to be creative and come up with their own strategies. I highly encourage anyone who is interested to give it a try; remember that all skill levels are welcome.
Task 9: Enter South Clock Town from the upper West Clock Town entrance. Obtain the heart piece, open the 20 rupee chest, and activate the owl statue in any order.
