archive.org is a wonder of our time. There's hundreds of assets I didn't have time or care to show, so PLEASE go check out the website on the WayBack machine and find out new things.
This video shows off TONS of early New Norm assets, everything from early investor pitches to rare glimpses into what the show could have looked like. As far as I know, I'm the first person to see most of this outside of development and crew for the show.
I'm disappointed by what could've been compared to the E2 we got, but I'll say I do still have hope for the series, given it's clear they're still attempting to find investors.
(My appreciation for the show is entirely from an ironic standpoint. The views represented by The New Norm or its crew do not reflect the views of the Beyond Obscure channel.)

![Blues 5-1 Bruins, Sept. 21, 1969 (Ted Green-Wayne Maki Brawl) (Better Audio and Subtitles)
Audio sourced from @epaddon, youtube.com/watch?v=Ueea4F70HHw
This is likely the only surviving audio of this particular, and infamous, NHL preseason game. It was recorded on an unspecified device (likely a home reel recorder) in Dallas, TX, 550 miles away from the station. As such the audio is poor and has interference, such as a loud hum through the first 45 minutes of the game and various other interferences throughout, some of which occasionally cause the game to be inaudible. I have done my best to remove the audio defects and make the recording listenable. I have also compiled a list of players who were likely active during the game, seen below, and transcribed the game to the best of my ability. A lot of the audio is unintelligible however. If you know what one of the words I couldnt get was, please comment. The fight begins at 3:10, and coverage continues until the game cuts to commercial at the 5:34 mark. I could only identify ten players for the Bruins but twelve for the Blues. There is also one player I could not find anything for, at 2:49 what sounds like Gilbertson is said, but nobody with that surname is on either roster that year or the previous year.
I noticed I forgot to add a sentence at 4:48. Well have to wait to see what referees and [?] is going to do with in regards to the penalty.
