New Phineas and Ferb Theory! Irving is not only Phineas and Ferb's friend and personal stalker... he's an undercover agent, trained and sent by OWCA to spy on the 2 step brothers and infiltrate their friend group. All this, of course, behind Agent P’s back.
We’ve always thought this kid was a stalker out of pure obsession, but it turns out he’s been working for someone else all along. All thanks to his mysterious father and his involvement with the agency... But let’s proceed one step at a time, shall we?

I've been writing and rewriting this one for about a year, you guys have no idea how different it became from what I originally though of, the more I thought about it, the more complicated it got - and the more sense everything made!
