Support: increase DECOY time by 1.5 seconds to 3 seconds
Lead: increase DECOY time by 4.5 seconds to 6
9:29 Warden Kyle (BASE MD): HUGE BUFF
Support: 3.75 base health a second to 22.5
Lead: 11.25 base health a second to 33.75
Base now also regens 3 energy a second while standing on it, and the effect will last for 3 seconds when you step off a base affected build (really good)
